Frequently Asked Questions

Do you Accept walk-ins?

1

We see patients by appointment to ensure each person receives the time and attention they deserve. However, we welcome walk-ins for routine lab draws Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Please contact our office to schedule a provider visit.

Do you accept insurance?

2

Sozo Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide personalized, comprehensive care without the limitations of traditional insurance models.

We accept HSA/FSA payments for eligible services and can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Many routine laboratory tests may also be billed through your insurance, depending on your coverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

3

Sozo Health accepts major credit and debit cards, cash, checks, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible services. Payment is due at the time of service.

What should I do if i need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

4

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

5

Please bring a current list of medications and supplements, any recent lab results or relevant medical records, and a form of payment. We also encourage you to complete your new patient paperwork through our secure patient portal before your appointment.

If lab work has been requested before your visit, we recommend completing it at least five days in advance so your provider can review your results during your appointment.

HOw do I access my test results?

6

Your laboratory results and other important health information are available through our secure patient portal. Your provider will review your results with you during your scheduled appointment and discuss any recommended next steps.

Our team is happy to assist you if you have trouble accessing your portal.
